The Civic Holiday long weekend is here! ☀️

Please note the following hours for our Cafeteria and Pulse Cafe over the holiday weekend:

Cafeteria: Closed Saturday, August 1; Sunday, August 2; and Monday, August 3.
Pulse Café: Open Saturday, August 1, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., and closed Sunday, August 2, and Monday, August 3.

Regular hours will resume on Tuesday, August 4.

⚾ Batter up!

This past weekend, we hosted our annual staff baseball tournament, bringing together teams from across the organization for a day of friendly competition and team spirit.

Congratulations to the Blind Line Bandits (Dufferin County Paramedic Service) for taking home this year's championship title! Thank you to everyone who participated, cheered from the sidelines, and helped make the day a home run.

Parking Lot Construction Update 🚧

Parking lot improvements continue at Headwaters Health Care Centre as part of our ongoing parking lot redevelopment project.

Please note that the upper portion of the Main Parking Lot is currently closed. Limited parking remains available in the lower portion of the lot via the temporary entrance and exit near the Main Entrance.

3️⃣ Emergency Department Parking Lot
4️⃣ Medical Building Parking Lot

Parking availability may vary throughout the day as construction progresses. Patients and visitors are encouraged to allow extra time for parking and travel to appointments, and to follow all posted signage and staff directions.

We're pleased to share that the Emergency Department entrance at Headwaters Health Care Centre has reopened following a temporary closure caused by damage from the April watermain break. We sincerely appreciate the patience and understanding of our patients, visitors and community throughout the repair process.

We're also happy to announce that construction work in the Emergency Department parking lot has been completed, and patient parking is once again available in this area.

As this phase of work concludes, we are now shifting our focus to upgrades in the main parking lots. We look forward to sharing more updates as the project progresses.

We are thrilled to announce the Optimist Club of Orangeville as the Presenting Sponsor of the 2026 Headwaters Teddy Bear Clinic. We are incredibly grateful for their generous $5,000 donation, which helps make this beloved community event possible.

The Teddy Bear Clinic is a much-loved event that helps children feel more comfortable with hospital visits through play, learning, and imagination. Children are invited to bring their teddy bears or favourite stuffies for a fun-filled day of check-ups, activities, and hands-on experiences with real health care professionals.
