✅ Care Connectors are working through the local waitlist in registration date order.

📧 When your name comes up, a Care Connector will contact you by phone or by email. Be sure to check the email address you registered with, including your junk/spam folder.

The sooner you respond, the sooner you can be connected to care.

⏳ We know waiting can be difficult, but we can't provide an estimated wait time. It depends on when providers have space to accept new patients.
