I am now offering animal communication. For many years I was doing it just for friends but it's something I love to do, so moving forward I will be offering it as a service.

Last year I was able to spend 11 weeks living in walking distance to Niagara Falls, ON.  I visited often and sat in the energy of this place.  It taught me many lessons about the power of water and the healing it can bring.  Sometimes I would stand in the spray until I was soaked, just allowing the water to speak to me. 

At night when everything was quiet you can feel the thunder of the Falls through the ground, the water still speaking.  It was an amazing experience.

Services

Sessions are offered remotely on an individual basis.  All work is done through guided shamanic journey work and meditation.

Shadow Work
  The shadow is a beautiful piece of yourself and it holds our authentic gifts and deep wisdom.  There's so much fear around the shadow and our deep hidden places, but it's really a beautiful part of yourself that has been pushed away. When embraced lovingly we find our true self.
  This is a 7 session course.  Each session is 1 hour with additional homework between sessions.

Spirit Wheel
This is a 10 session course where I take you through the Spirit Wheel. Each direction will teach you it's wisdom for a deeper connection to the earth and your own inner wisdom.  You will build relationships with the archetypes representing each direction.
  I have walked the spirit wheel many times in my life for deep healing.
Each session is 90 minutes with additional homework between sessions.

Individual Sessions
   Courses are not always right for everyone. If you have a specific issue or just feel lost individual sessions may be ideal. We would meet a few times for clarity and understanding.

Energy Work/Soul Retrieval 1 hr session
  This service is unique to the individual. A 15 minute consultation is offered when scheduling so we may discuss your specific needs.

When trauma occurs a part of you can split off. This can result in a loss of personal power.  During a session I will locate and retrieve this piece.  The session ends with energy work then discussion.
 
Animal Communication
  Connecting you to your pet with you or in spirit.

How I found Shamanism and what it means to me.

As a child I was always in nature, I felt safe and accepted there. In 2010 I was really searching for a connection with my ancestors and an understanding of who I was.

In 2012 I was led to a shamanic practitioner and I completed a 2 year apprenticeship. After graduating in 2015 I continued my studies in shamanism, dream work and Celtic studies. Then in June of 2020 I graduated from the Four Winds Society Energy Medicine program.

Shamanism to me is a deep connection with nature, the directions, the elements, nature spirits and the archetypes. Though shamanic journey work I have come to understand deep childhood and relationship trauma and patterns.

It has taught me the power of ceremony and the sacred. And has brought me into a deeper understanding of who I am. This is more than a practice to me, it is who I am and has gotten me through some of the toughest times of my life. The Spirit Wheel has always shown me the way.

In many ways it saved my life.

I have been off Instagram for awhile and wanted to reintroduce myself. 

In June 2022 I received a phone call that completely changed my life.  As a result of that call I moved in October 2022 and partially closed down my practice and only offered a few classes.  My life had taken off in a completely different direction  and I embraced the journey with excitement.

But, things we hope for aren't always as they seem.  So, in November 2024 my life took a complete turn and I once again moved on.

Since November 2024 I've come to be very thankful for the lessons I learned during that period.  I have walked the Spirit Wheel many times in my life, from West to North and then finally to the center. The wheel has always shown me my path and helped me navigate through life. I can now embrace that period in time and be thankful for its teaching. My practice has grown and changed as a result.  I have always brought my life experiences into my practice along with my studies.

I am excited to announce that over the next few weeks I will once again be offering sessions and will be posting about new Shamanic studies and energy sessions available. And a few other changes. 🌞
