Looking for help accessing health, social, or community services? The Community Connection Hub offers a welcoming, low-barrier place to connect with support.

🕒 Walk-In Hours
Monday to Friday
12 PM – 4 PM

No appointment is needed—simply drop in during walk-in hours. A Community Navigator will help connect individuals with health, social, and community services based on their needs.

If you require emergency care between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m., please use the Emergency Department entrance.

As hospital visiting hours are 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., access through some areas of the hospital is restricted overnight. Visitors and patients may be directed to alternate entrances during these hours

Patients in active labour should continue to use the Obstetrics (West) Entrance.

If you require urgent or emergency medical attention, please continue to come directly to the Emergency Department for care open 24 hours a day.

Thanks to the generous support of the Maxwell and Ruth Leroy Foundation, Orillia Soldiers' Memorial Hospital has welcomed four new ventilators.

Ventilators are critical equipment that supports patients during some of their most vulnerable moments. When breathing becomes impossible on a patient's own, a ventilator provides essential support, delivering oxygen and giving the body time to heal.

Because of community-powered support like this, healthcare excellence remains close to home for families across our region.

We are deeply grateful to the Maxwell and Ruth Leroy Foundation for their commitment to meeting urgent healthcare needs and creating a lasting impact in our community.
