🎁 A patient just brought the most amazing gift: a handmade abstract painting.

This patient, who happens to be an incredible painter, was in the worst pain of his life 2 months ago. I treated him daily throughout Thanksgiving weekend, and we have continued regular visits since then. He is now back to almost normal, and started painting again more regularly. 🎨🖌

I am so grateful for the gift, and thrilled to see him enjoying life again!

Part 4 of 4: Cox Spinal Decompression.

This 4-part series demonstrates the 4 types of chiropractic adjustments available at our practice. There is a technique that is right for each patient, depending on best clinical outcomes and the patient's preferences.

Cox Spinal Decompression: the Cox technique is a Flexion-Distraction technique for the spine. This is ideal for patients with disc issues, spinal stenosis, nerve impingements, and severe degeneration of the spine.

This 4-part series demonstrates the 4 types of chiropractic adjustments available at our practice. There is a technique that is right for each patient, depending on best clinical outcomes and the patient's preferences.

Instrument Adjusting: these are performed using an adjusting tool that produces a fast and gentle impact on the right vertebra. This is a low-force technique, that is very gentle. This is great for small kids, and for patients who require/prefer a softer approach.

Drop-table Adjustments: these are performed using the table's drop pieces. These adjustments are gentle and lower force. The patient can stay in the same position for the whole adjustment.
