We had the pleasure of welcoming a group of physiotherapy students for a meet-and-greet, clinic tour, and an informal presentation with our team.

It was a great opportunity to connect, answer questions, and share insights as they prepare for the next step in their professional journey. Our team truly enjoyed offering guidance, sharing experiences, and discussing different paths in the field.

Today, we celebrate 12 years in business! 🎉

Twelve years ago, we opened our doors with a simple goal, to provide trusted physiotherapy care to our community.
What began as a single clinic has grown into a multi-location team dedicated to movement, recovery, and long-term health.

Our journey so far:

🏥 2013 — First physiotherapy clinic opens in Orléans
🌿 2019 — Beechwood location expands our reach into the Ottawa community
🌟 November 2021 — Rockland clinic opens to support the growing needs of the East
💪 November 2021 — Orleans Fitness Studio launches, merging rehab + movement and introducing a wide range of personalized fitness options

None of this would be possible without the remarkable team behind our mission and the amazing community that continues to trust us with their care, their goals, and their health.
