Didn't want to workout today. Like really didn't. My mind was overwhelming me with complaints and negativity. I realized I needed support. There are TONS of these motivational videos online and I may not agree with all of it, but it completely changed my mind, mood, experience and I learned some things.

When your mind overwhelms you with sadness, complaints, negativity, anger - find your support! Whether it's these videos, a friend, counsellor, book - find another source to guide you when your mind is struggling.
