Heart-connected boundaries are achievable. This is a start. Stay tuned for our upcoming Boundaries series.

Sometimes I’ll hear people say they will look difficult if they have boundaries and they won’t be perceived as easy going or chill anymore. That may be the case and true, however those people making the judgements are those people who take advantage of you in the 1st place for not having boundaries. Ask yourself if it’s worth it to give up your self respect and peace for likes?
