🇺🇦Клас з медитації на Майдан Маркеті. Маленька група. Можливість звернути увагу на своє тіло і дихання, розслабитись і перестати бігти хоча б на годину.
В червні ми мали пілотну групу. Щасливі мати гарні відгуки і працювати з такою досвідченою сертифікованою інструкторкою з медитації Catherine.
З радістю анонсуємо нову групу.

🇨🇦A meditation class at Maidan Market. It's a small group where we have the opportunity to focus on our bodies and breath, relax, and stop running, even if just for an hour.
We had a pilot group in June, and we are fortunate to have received great feedback and to work with such an experienced certified meditation instructor, Catherine.
The new group will start on November, 2.
Trial class will be on October, 23 at 2:30 pm - 3:45 pm.
