Your plate can look “healthy” and still leave your body underfed.
A salad, a smoothie, a handful of almonds - all nutritious foods. But if you’re constantly tired, thinking about food all afternoon, crashing at 3 p.m., or raiding the kitchen at night, the problem might not be that you need to “eat cleaner.”
You might simply need to eat enough.
Diet culture has gotten very good at disguising restrictions as wellness, especially when every meal is built around vegetables but missing the protein, carbs, fats, and overall energy your body actually needs.
Healthy eating should support your life, not make you spend all day trying not to be hungry.
If you’re unsure whether you’re actually fuelling yourself well, book an appointment with our dietitian team.
