It's been 5 wonderful years with Wellness Grove Therapy 🌱💜

When I was younger I knew I wanted to do something meaningful & helpful. Originally I wanted to become a Manga artist or fashion designer, because storytelling was always important to me.

As an art therapist now I get to weave stories into practice...and my love of anime and fashion still shows up in the work that I do (cosplay therapy anyone?)

I feel so honored to hear the stories of the people I work with, and to share in their evolutions. It's truly blessed work 🙏

Here's to 5 years 🥂 I can't wait to see where we go next.

You can access nature simply by opening your window or stepping outside: it's all around us in the air we breathe, the sky we see and the ground beneath our feet.
