Stop being the relationship manager 🛑

If you’re constantly planning, reminding, initiating, and fixing… you’ve accidentally turned yourself into your partner’s manager instead of their equal.

Here’s what happens when you do everything:

→ They learn to wait for you to handle it

→ You get resentful about doing everything

→ They feel incompetent and criticized

→ The romantic dynamic dies

The truth?

When you’re always rescuing the relationship, your partner never learns how to show up for it.

Try this: Pick ONE thing you always handle and step back.

Give them space to figure out their own way of doing it.

Yes, they might do it differently than you would.

That’s the point.

Here’s the takeaway: If someone is better than you at something, it’s likely because they have failed at it more than you have.

Allow yourself to improve through tiny failures.
