Summer solstice has come and with it the traditional time to harvest St John’s Wort. This year’s harvest was infused into oil, and you can catch a glimpse of the process here! I’ll be teaching a full workshop at the Terra Viva gathering (formerly the Outaouais Herb Gathering) on August 29th on how to make Herbal Oils. Come join us! Tickets are $75 for an entire day of hands-on workshops in both English & French.

Wild grape flower soda ~ The scent was intoxicating this year, so I infused them into a wild soda (or cordial).
