Connect With Baby & Prepare for Labor 🌞
Prenatal Breathwork + Gentle Movement 🤰✨
🌱 This gentle prenatal breathwork practice is designed to help you connect with your baby, relax your nervous system, and prepare your body for birth.
✨Do a cycle of 5 breaths per posture and 5 rounds of each body movement. If there is any movement that causes pain, come out of the posture and come back to the previous position. Always listening to your precious bod. 🫶
✨Use a thick cushion under your b***y in this practice
Using a slow 10-second inhale and 10-second exhale, you’ll create a deep diaphragmatic breath that encourages relaxation, oxygenation, and mind-body awareness.
As you breathe, gently imagine hugging your baby by drawing your belly button toward your spine, softly curling your tailbone toward your belly button, and engaging your pelvic floor as if you’re “holding in P*e or 💩.”
Paired with gentle movement and hip external rotation, this practice helps create mobility through the pelvis while supporting circulation and relaxation throughout the body.
