Aries Full Moon Yoga & Guided Hypnosis 🌕
Release Old Energy, Reclaim Your Power & Lead with Courage ✨

🌕🔥 Harness the powerful energy of the Aries Full Moon with this transformative short yoga and guided hypnosis practice designed to help you release old energy, habits and patterns, balance your emotions, and step forward with greater courage, compassion and purpose.

This Full Moon practice invites you to let go of what no longer serves the person you are becoming. Rather than allowing old emotions, fears or patterns to lead the way, we reconnect with the inner fire that reminds you that YOU are the conscious leader of your life.

🔥 In this practice, we focus on:

✨ Releasing old energy, habits and emotional patterns
✨ Balancing fiery emotions with compassion and heart-centered awareness
✨ Strengthening courage, confidence and personal power
✨ Connecting with the Solar Plexus Chakra
✨ Opening and softening the Heart Chakra
✨ Stimulating the Small Intestine Meridian through mindful movement
✨ Letting go of what no longer serves your highest path
✨ Choosing actions that support both your own growth and the greater good

We begin with an intentional yoga practice connecting the solar plexus through poses that stimulate the heart and small intestine meridians.

We then journey inward through a deeply relaxing guided hypnosis meditation to release old energy and patterns, reconnect with your inner strength, and step forward as the courageous, compassionate leader of your own life.

❤️‍🔥 Your power does not have to overpower.
Your courage can coexist with compassion.
You can honour yourself while contributing to the greater good.

Allow this Aries Full Moon to illuminate what you are ready to leave behind—and the version of yourself that is ready to step forward.

Happy Aries Full Harvest Moon 🌕

It’s time to chop away all the dead wood that’s been clogging up your energy and set that 💩 ablaze!!!

Follow your intuition, those inner urges and go after what you want. Sometimes bravery and boldness can take the form of taking one small step in the direction of your calling, when all other forces are telling you otherwise. You are the artist, you are the creator! So don’t let other people paint your picture. 🎨

Take time to honour and balance your emotions, let them be your fuel in your creative process. Your energy is sacred- every form of it. Use it, observe it, learn from it and go on to own your power, your purpose and your sovereignty, you gorgeous moon beam. 🌕✨

🤰✨ Pregnant mamas — you HAVE to try this stretch!🙌

As your belly grows and your posture begins to change, it’s so common to feel extra tension through your upper back, rib cage, shoulders and lower back.

This lesser-known stretch feels AMAZING for creating more space through the thoracic spine and rib cage, opening the shoulders and gently releasing tension down into the lower back. 🤍

⏱️ Start with 3 long slow, deeps breaths/ 30 seconds and, if it feels comfortable, gradually settle into the position for longer.

While you’re here, breathe slowly and deeply into your belly and rib cage. Feel your ribs expand with your inhale, then allow your shoulders, back and body to soften with each exhale. 🌬️✨

💡 Pregnancy tip: Place a pillow, folded blanket or cushion underneath your knees if you need extra support, and adjust the position anytime you feel pressure or discomfort.

And the best part? **You can even do this one in bed!** 💤🤰

Try it in the morning to gently open your body, or before bed to release some of the tension you’ve accumulated throughout the day.

A little more space.
A little deeper breath.
A little more comfort in your changing body. 🤍

Save this one for later & let me know where you feel the stretch most! 🙌

If you have been needing a re-org & a chance to practically make change in a way that feels balanced and grounded, this is the time to do it. Maybe you won’t see the change form just yet, but the steps you take in the process are going to help you move mountains. Using the knowledge and ground work of past lessons will serve as wisdom & will fertilize the soil for your new beginnings. ✨♥️ 👏

🌑🌿 Virgo New Moon Guided Meditation | The Sacred Inner Garden 🌿🌑

Step into your Sacred Inner Garden for a deeply grounding Virgo New Moon meditation designed to help you clear away what no longer serves you, release old patterns and limiting beliefs, and intentionally plant the seeds for what you are ready to cultivate next.

In this guided meditation, you’ll journey inward to tend the garden of your mind, body and spirit. As you gently pull the energetic “weeds” from the root, you’ll be invited to release perfectionism, overthinking, self-criticism, fear and anything else that has been taking up space within your inner world.

But nothing is wasted. 🌱

What you release is returned to the earth—transformed into wisdom, nourishment and fertile soil for your next chapter.

✨ This Virgo New Moon meditation is perfect for:
🌿 Releasing limiting beliefs and old patterns
🌿 Clearing mental and energetic clutter
🌿 Letting go of perfectionism and overthinking
🌿 Setting New Moon intentions
🌿 Manifestation and visualization
🌿 Grounding and reconnecting with your body
🌿 Creating space for new beginnings
🌿 Mind-body-spirit alignment

Your attention is sacred.
Your energy is sacred.
Nourish what you wish to grow. 🌱

The seed has been planted. You don’t need to dig it up to see if it’s growing.

Trust the soil.
Trust the timing.
Trust yourself. 🌑✨

Float into a luminous golden river during this Pisces Full Moon Eclipse guided hypnosis for energetic release, renewal and soul alignment. 🌕✨

As you surrender to the river’s healing current, the energy that no longer serves you separates from your body and flows into the undercurrent—where it is gently swept away.

What remains is your pure soul essence: clear, radiant and free.

This guided journey is designed to support you in:
✨ Releasing old emotions, energetic patterns and limiting beliefs
✨ Letting go of what your soul has outgrown
✨ Recharging your energy after deep release
✨ Returning to your authentic soul essence
✨ Restoring harmony between mind, body and spirit
✨ Moving into greater energetic coherence and alignment
✨ Opening yourself to the transformative energy of the eclipse

Pisces reminds us that surrender is not giving up—it is allowing the current of life to carry away what we were never meant to hold forever.
Allow the golden river to cleanse your energy, soften your resistance and guide you home to the truth of who you are.

🎧 Find a comfortable place where you can fully relax and remain undisturbed.

Headphones are recommended for the most immersive experience.

If this meditation supports you, please like, subscribe and share it with someone who may also be ready to release, recharge and transcend.

The Gift of Movement & Presence | Move Your Body, Shift Your Energy 🦋

Movement is a gift—and when we move with presence, we create space for transformation both physically and energetically. ✨

Mindful movement can help release tension, improve circulation, support mobility and shift stagnant energy. By connecting your breath, body and awareness, movement becomes more than exercise—it becomes a way to return to yourself. 🙏

Take a moment to be present, honour your body and notice how even the simplest movement can change the way you feel. 🤍

You need this move in your life, like yesterday❣️

Holding, carrying and feeding your baby can keep your shoulders rounded forward for hours. 🤱

Your shoulder blades spend so much time in protraction that they may begin craving the balancing movement of retraction—gently squeezing back toward the spine.

This simple scapular movement helps bring awareness, movement and balance back to your shoulder blades while activating the muscles of your upper back.

Try it during your next baby-holding break, and remember: you deserve to be held and supported, too. 💛
