We spend so much of our lives preparing for what’s next. The next goal. The next chapter. The next version of ourselves.

And September does have a way of making us want to get organized, get back into routines and get things done. And honestly, I love that. There’s something so satisfying about getting your life together. šŸ˜‚

But what is all that work for?
Your life isn’t waiting for you somewhere in the future. It’s happening now. So plan the fun stuff.

What are you looking forward to today?
Next weekend?
In the next three months?
What lights you up? What makes you feel alive? What would give you something to genuinely look forward to?

Get organized. Set the goals. Do the work. But make the work worthwhile by actually living the life you’re working so hard to create.

And if you need a little help with that, making sure people are living their best freaking life might just be one of my favourite parts of what I do.

Now go plan something exciting.

And in between all that planning, don’t forget to enjoy what’s already here.

Catch a September sunrise. Stay for a sunset. ā˜€ļø

Warmly,
Martine

August is a season of intentional preparation.

Not by rushing ahead.
Not by holding on to summer.
But by slowing down enough to notice what this season is teaching you.

Harvest what has grown.
Express gratitude for how far you've come.
Gently begin preparing for what's next.

Presence and preparation can exist together.
Slowing down often speeds things up.

When we become too focused on the outcome, we stop living the only moment we truly have: today.

Trust that your life has seasons, too. You don't have to force the next one to arrive.

The seasons remind us that growth doesn't happen by forcing. It happens by living in rhythm.

Wishing you a beautiful Monday ā˜€ļø

Welcome to the redesigned Circle of Life—The ML Coaching Life Alignment Modelā„¢.

Everything in your life is connected. When one area begins to struggle, it often affects the others. When one area grows stronger, it creates momentum throughout your entire life.

That is why coaching at ML Coaching begins with the Circle of Life—the foundation of my coaching approach.

Rather than jumping straight into a single problem, we begin by stepping back and looking at the whole picture.

Together we explore 12 essential areas of life:
✨ Overall Health
✨ Physical Activity
✨ Nutrition
✨ Social Life
✨ Home Environment
✨ Relationships
✨ Education
✨ Career
✨ Finances
✨ Creativity
✨ Spirituality
✨ Joy

These twelve areas are supported by four core pillars that guide everything we do:

🌿 Health & Energy
How you care for your body, mind and nervous system.

šŸ¤ Connection & Environment
The people, relationships and spaces that shape your daily life.

✨ Purpose & Abundance
Creating meaningful work, financial well-being and a life aligned with your values.

šŸŒ… Inner Expression
Living authentically through creativity, spirituality and joy.

My role isn't to tell you how to live. It's to help you discover where your life is already thriving, identify what needs attention, and create a personalized plan that feels realistic, meaningful and lasting. Sometimes that means creating balance across several areas of life. Other times, it means focusing deeply on one area that will create the greatest positive ripple effect.

Because real transformation doesn't always come from fixing one problem. It often comes from creating alignment across your life.

Welcome to the redesigned ML Coaching Life Alignment Modelā„¢.

This is where we begin. šŸ¤

Like many people, I was introduced to Eckhart's work years ago through The Power of Now. While I was familiar with many of the concepts he teaches, hearing them live felt different. Some ideas landed more deeply. Others felt like reminders of truths I already knew but had forgotten to practice.

I left with pages of notes and one message seemed to weave through everything he shared:

✨ The present moment is all we ever truly have.

I've shared 8 of my biggest takeaways and reflections in a new blog post, including lessons on presence, acceptance, gratitude, purpose, and finding peace amidst life's challenges.

One thing that struck me most was how often we postpone our lives waiting for the next achievement, milestone, or problem to be solved. Yet so much of life is happening right here, right now.

If you've ever read The Power of Now, attended an event with Eckhart Tolle, or are simply exploring what it means to live more fully in the present moment, I'd love to hear what resonated with you.

✨ A special delivery arrived.

I received a Canadian Choice Award for Life Coaching, and I’m feeling so grateful.

Part of me wants to stay quiet and humble about it… and another part of me feels it’s important to celebrate moments like this. Not just for me, but for the message behind the work.

Yesterday was , and it reminded me of something I see again and again in my clients:

When we slow down…when we care for ourselves…when we take small, consistent steps forward with love and kindness…things begin to shift.

Stepping into your power doesn’t have to be loud or rushed.
It can be gentle.
It can be patient.
It can happen at your own pace.
Trust the journey.
Be here, truly here. šŸ¤

Thank you to the , and most of all to the incredible people I have the privilege of working with.

Martine

One of the questions I often explore with clients is:
ā€œWhat did you have for breakfast?ā€

Not because breakfast needs to be complicated, but because the way we begin the day often sets the tone for our energy, focus, and blood sugar balance.

Today’s breakfast looked like this:
🄣 Greek yogurt with berries, pistachios, chia seeds and cinnamon
🄚 Eggs for additional protein
🌱 My morning greens for micronutrients from Vegegreens Pineapple Coconut

Why this combination works:
• Protein supports satiety and stable energy
• Healthy fats help slow glucose spikes
• Whole-food carbohydrates (like fruit) provide energy and fiber
• Cinnamon may help support blood sugar balance
• Greens add a wide range of micronutrients

One important concept I always come back to with clients is bio-individuality — what works well for one person may not be ideal for another. Some people thrive including animal proteins, while others prefer a fully plant-based approach.

Personally, I sometimes really enjoy vegan breakfasts too. This same idea could easily become a plant-based meal using options like coconut yogurt, tofu, nuts, seeds, and fruit.

The key principle is not a rigid rule — it’s building meals that include protein, healthy fats, fiber, and micronutrients so the body feels nourished and supported.

Small choices like this, repeated consistently, create a strong foundation of health. Plus, I am in love with making beautiful food šŸ’›

What’s your go-to breakfast lately?

Valentine’s Day isn’t just about who you love.
It’s about how you care for your nervous system.

How you nourish your body.
How you speak to yourself.
How you choose calm over chaos.

Self-love isn’t loud.
It’s daily.
It’s steady.
It’s disciplined in the most gentle way.

This is what real love looks like. šŸ¤ This is the heart of my coaching.

Honoured to share that Martine Lauzon Coaching is a 2026 Canadian Choice Award Winner in the Life Coach category.

After nearly two decades of doing this work in different forms including coaching, teaching, creating, guiding, and holding space, this recognition means so much. Not just as a milestone for my practice, but as a celebration of the work my clients have done over the last 7 years to grow, heal, and one breath at a time step into new chapters with authenticity and honesty.

It also reflects the hours, the heart, and the devotion poured into my work, and the courage I’ve witnessed in those willing to show up, do the work, take risks, and build new chapters for themselves. It’s also a reflection of the energy and time poured into my community, and the role we all play in supporting one another.

Thank you to my incredible community in Ottawa and across Canada for your trust, support, and referrals.

I can’t wait to continue guiding, serving, and cheering you on in 2026 šŸ¤
