Never be afraid to do something but use these ideas to avoid injury

What we learned clinically this week:
A patient came in with severe low back pain after spending hours over the weekend cleaning up his yard.
He could barely walk into the clinic. Sitting—and especially standing back up—was nearly impossible.
We helped him onto the table and adjusted his right pelvis (often mistaken for the “hip”).
After the adjustment?
He was able to walk again. Just like that.
Takeaways from this case:
✅ Pace yourself — your body isn’t used to gardening after a long winter
✅ Break big tasks into smaller chunks
✅ A couple of hours a day is more than enough
✅ You don’t need to do everything in one day
