I always enjoy growing and learning! Was fortunate to take my M1 course in Ottawa a few weeks ago. Graston Technique incorporates the use of six specifically designed stainless steel instruments to aid the clinician in the detection and treatment of soft tissue dysfunction. Graston is an evidence-based method of instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), that is combined with rehabilitative exercises to improve musculoskeletal function.

Just a heads up starting in December, our online booking and clinic management software will be switching over to JaneApp! It is a Canadian company with very user friendly features. I will be posting more over the next week on how to book if you’re an existing or new patient and how to use some of the features! Stay tuned!
