Sarah from our Hunt Club clinic sat down to share why mentorship matters so much to her, what she hopes students take away from their time with her, and the best piece of advice she ever received as a student herself.

At OPTSC, we believe that the best care starts with continuous learning — and this month's inservice was a great example of that. 🙌

Hunt Club, Glebe, and Westboro came together for two sessions that brought new perspectives into the room. Kevin and Rebecca from the Ottawa Orthotics Lab shared how physiotherapists and pedorthists can collaborate on common foot conditions to better serve patients. And Julia Deklein, our Mental Performance Consultant, walked the team through her role and how mental performance consulting complements the physical care we already provide.

Two disciplines. One great team. And a whole lot of valuable takeaways that go straight back to our patients.

Our physios are sharing three simple exercises to get your body ready for your best round — a shoulder opener to loosen up your swing, rotations to build power and protect your spine, and a hamstring stretch so you can bend down to pick up that ball after you sink your putt. 😄

Last weekend, the OPTSC family took the competition off the clinic floor and onto the fairway. ⛳

The whole crew gathered at for our annual company-wide golf tournament — a day full of friendly rivalry between clinics, impressive shots, great company, and well-deserved prizes.

Whether you were playing it safe or going full send, it was a day that reminded us how lucky we are to work alongside such an incredible group of people. 🏆
