🧘🏻‍♀️Self-care isn’t a trend. It’s showing up for your body the way you show up for everything else.
If you’re a uOttawa or Carleton student settling into a new semester, chiropractic care may help ease the tension that builds from studying, screens, and stress before it becomes something bigger.
New patients welcome. No referral needed.

Nouveaux patients bienvenus. Aucune référence requise.

Quick heads up before summer ☀️ My last days in the office before the break are coming up — I'm in until Tuesday, June 30, then away for the summer and back August 24.
If you've been putting off an adjustment, the next couple of weeks are your window. I still have some openings before the 30th, but once they're gone the next chance to come in is late August.

That tight, pounding headache that won't quit? It might actually be coming from your neck — not just stress.

Tension in the cervical spine and upper back muscles is one of the most common and overlooked causes of chronic headaches and migraines. Chiropractic care in Ottawa may help by addressing the root cause instead of masking the pain.

At Sandy Hill Wellness in Sandy Hill, Ottawa, we see patients every week who've been living with recurring headaches for years — and finding relief through gentle, targeted care.

If you're dealing with tension headaches, migraines, jaw tightness, or that dull pressure behind your eyes — we'd love to see you this week.

No referral needed. New patients welcome. Book online → sandyhillwellness.com 🌿
