What a Sunday at GFNY Ottawa! 🚴‍♂️💚

Our RMTs, Hayley and Imane, were there helping competitors recover after leaving it all out on the course, because apparently riding that far wasn’t enough suffering for one day 😂

We loved meeting so many incredible athletes, hearing their stories and helping give those tired legs some much-needed relief. The energy, determination and sense of community throughout the event were truly special.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, and congratulations to every competitor, you earned that massage! 🙌🏼

We’re excited to be joining the athletes at the GFNY Ottawa finish line! 🚴‍♂️🏁 Our Registered Massage Therapists will be there providing post-race massages to help you recover after the ride—and apparently, matching leopard-print pants are part of the uniform 😂🐆 See you at the finish line! 💪
