The MCC team welcomes Dr. Sadie Lalonde as a full time member of our team as of June 5th, 2013. Dr. Sadie is accepting new patients. To book please call 613-226-8142.
Dr. Sadie’s educational background in kinesiology and chiropractic have been integral to her current success. Dr. Sadie graduated from Western University in 2017 with a degree in kinesiology, excelling in anatomy, psychology, and biomechanics.
During her time at university, she actively participated in community activities such as playing on volleyball teams, volunteering at a physiotherapy clinic for paraplegics, and workshopping teaching techniques for anatomy classes.
After completing her undergraduate degree, Dr. Sadie took a sabbatical to travel Western Europe and meet her family in the Netherlands. She then pursued her chiropractic education in Auckland, New Zealand, where she graduated in 2021.
During her time in New Zealand, she was an active member of the philosophy club and participated in public speaking competitions. She completed over 500 appointments during her internship at the New Zealand College of Chiropractic, using a whole-body approach.
Dr. Sadie is passionate about helping individuals improve their quality of life, particularly those experiencing TMJ/jaw issues, headaches, coordination, mobility, and sleep difficulties.
She has experience working with a diverse range of individuals, including the elderly, disabled, athletes, expecting mothers, infants, and children. Dr. Sadie is also certified in the Webster Technique to promote balance and wellness during pregnancy.
She has been under chiropractic care since she was a young athlete and has developed a passion for this approach to improving overall health. Dr. Sadie is especially passionate about learning about her indigenous roots & is excited to be back in Canada after years away!
