Our fall Yoga Teacher Training program begins September 10th 🤍 we’re so excited to welcome a new group of students for our 6th SoulSpeak 200hr Training.

She’s baaaaack 🪩

Our annual community photoshoot is taking place Saturday August 1st 📸 join for pics by C O R Y C O N T Y, stay for vibes with your soulspeak community.

The schedule:

11am-1:30pm — HINTONBURG. Meet in Parkdale park and we’ll make our way around the neighbourhood.

2pm-3pm — OLD OTTAWA SOUTH. Meet in SoulSpeak South parking lot and we’ll shoot nearby.

Head to Midway Pool Hall for a drink and hang after!

Everyone is welcome, bring your dogs, partners, moms and grandads. Wear your favourite yoga/pilates gear, or casual clothing.

Last minute addition to this weekends class schedule 📢

In yoga, seva means selfless service — showing up for others without expecting anything in return.

On June 24, Venezuela was struck by two powerful earthquakes causing widespread devastation across the northern coast. This Sunday Session supports ongoing relief efforts for those affected.

Join SANTI YOGA ॐ for a donation-based slow vinyasa flow set to Latin music.
