Went out in the neighbourhood this afternoon and came home with 14 finds, two soakers, a number of scratches, and zero ticks (so far). It’s been a while since I did that. My mid-50’s are my golden age. Time for some hot tub and steaks. Might even have a wee dram today. Unsupervised weekend is going well so far.

This is my favourite part of . I am obsessed with having a strong core. Not just a six pack, obliques and erectors as well. This will serve me well as I get older. I will be less likely to hurt my back and I will continue to be able to lift things in conjunction with my daily grip training. Don’t be an old person. .

You ever wake up way too early because your dogs need to go outside and you somehow feel amazing even though you stayed up way too late playing Diablo and then James Brown comes on and it hits hard? Yeah me neither. Let’s go after today right after the coffee runs out and I’ve had something to eat. PS: Three Little Birds was the next song in the queue.
