YOU DON’T HAVE TO CHOOSE.

Botox and cosmetic acupuncture can absolutely have a place in the same routine.

Cosmetic acupuncture doesn’t have to be about replacing what you already love. It can be another way to support your skin — encouraging circulation, collagen production and overall skin quality while also working with facial tension, puffiness and that tired, stressed look we all know.

Botox does what Botox does incredibly well.

Cosmetic acupuncture works differently.

And sometimes, different is exactly why they work so beautifully together.

Aging well doesn’t have to mean choosing one philosophy.

It can simply mean having more tools.

This next chapter has a very clear direction.

I want to create a space for women to feel heard, supported and more connected to their bodies — through changing hormones, stress, sleep struggles, fertility, perimenopause, menopause, pain, burnout and everything in between.

Blending acupuncture, Chinese medicine and massage therapy allows me to look beyond one symptom and treat the person in front of me.

This is the practice I’ve been working toward.

Women’s health. Nervous system support. Intentional care.

It’s official. 🥹

After two and a half years of studying, clinical hours, exams, early mornings, late nights, tears, laughter, stress, second-guessing myself and continuing anyway…

I can finally say it:

I’m officially a Registered Acupuncturist.

What started as curiosity turned into something I completely fell in love with—and somewhere along the way, Chinese medicine changed the way I think about the body, healing and the kind of care I want to offer.

A new chapter officially begins.

At 44, I’ve changed the way I move.

Former personal trainer. Forever gym girlie. And yes — I still love lifting heavy.

But I’m not interested in destroying myself in the gym anymore.

I want strength. Muscle. Mobility. Cardiovascular fitness. Recovery. And a nervous system that isn’t constantly running on empty.

Studying Chinese medicine has reinforced something I think we desperately need more of:

There’s a time to push. And there’s a time to restore.

Both matter.

So I’m starting a little series on how I’m approaching movement differently in my 40s — what I’m doing, what I’ve stopped doing, and what matters to me now.

Because I’m not training because I’m afraid of aging.

I’m training for the woman I want to be as I age.

You’ve seen pieces of it.
You just haven’t seen the whole thing yet.

The studying. The training. The obsession with Chinese medicine. The shift in how I think about health, aging, hormones, pain, stress — and what it actually means to feel good in your body.

It’s all been leading somewhere.

I’ve been quietly building something behind the scenes that feels very, very me.

And it’s almost time to share it.

A new chapter is coming.

Stay close.
