I can't think of a year where I have done more personal reflection on my mental health. As Joanna and I approach the 1 year anniversary of .rx it will come with a different outlook. Our attitudes and drive remain strong, but we can't ignore the challenges this year has thrown our way.💯
And we're not alone. We're amongst the millions of people worldwide who have had to pivot, adjust, absorb, etc. the effects this pandemic has had on our businesses, families, personal mental and physical health. More than ever, we are connecting with our colleagues, friends and family to check in, recognizing the extra support we're all needing to navigate 'the new normal'.🖤
This year, my team "The Devil Wears Strava" will be coming together in a socially-distanced-safe event to participate in our respective 5km and 10km endeavors. I am personally sponsoring our group to celebrate their committed to their own mental and physical health, as well as their communities they are supporting from their sign up and fundraising endeavors.
