تحديث جديد في نظام Express Entry: سحب خاص لكبار المديرين ذوي الخبرة العملية في كندا
أجرت دائرة الهجرة الكندية (IRCC) بتاريخ 16 سبتمبر 2026 سحباً متخصصاً جديداً ضمن نظام Express Entry استهدف كبار المديرين الذين لديهم خبرة عمل مؤهلة داخل كندا.
نتائج السحب:
• عدد الدعوات للتقديم على الإقامة الدائمة: 250
• الحد الأدنى للنقاط: 389 نقطة
• تاريخ السحب: 16 سبتمبر 2026
إذا كان هناك أكثر من متقدم حصل على 389 نقطة، أعطت دائرة الهجرة الأولوية لمن كان قد قدم ملف Express Entry قبل 1 سبتمبر 2026 في الوقت المحدد من قبل IRCC.
لكن من المهم جداً عدم فهم 389 على أنه الحد الأدنى العام لنظام Express Entry.
هذا السحب مخصص لفئة محدودة من كبار المديرين الذين لديهم خبرة عملية مؤهلة داخل كندا.
للتأهل لهذه الفئة، يجب أن يكون لدى المتقدم ما لا يقل عن 12 شهراً من الخبرة العملية بدوام كامل، أو ما يعادلها بدوام جزئي، خلال آخر 3 سنوات، في كندا، في واحدة من المجموعات المهنية التالية:

• كبار المديرين في التجارة والبث والخدمات الأخرى — NOC 00014
• كبار المديرين في البناء والنقل والإنتاج والمرافق — NOC 00015
ولا يشترط أن تكون الـ12 شهراً متواصلة، ولكن يجب أن تكون الخبرة في مهنة واحدة مؤهلة من القائمة. كما يجب أن يكون المتقدم مؤهلاً أساساً لأحد برامج Express Entry.
هذا السحب يوضح مرة أخرى أن فرص Express Entry في 2026 لا تعتمد فقط على ارتفاع نقاط CRS، بل أيضاً على نوع الخبرة المهنية ومكان اكتسابها والفئة التي قد ينتمي إليها المتقدم.
إذا كانت لديك خبرة إدارية عليا داخل كندا، من المهم مراجعة طبيعة مهامك وليس فقط المسمى الوظيفي، للتأكد من مطابقتها للتصنيف المهني الصحيح.

New Express Entry Draw for Senior Managers with Canadian Work Experience
IRCC held a new targeted Express Entry draw on September 16, 2026, specifically for senior managers with qualifying Canadian work experience.
Draw results:
• Invitations issued: 250
• Minimum CRS score: 389
• Draw date: September 16, 2026
Where more than one candidate had 389 points, IRCC gave priority to candidates who had submitted their Express Entry profiles before the specified cut-off time on September 1, 2026.
It is important not to interpret 389 as a general Express Entry cut-off.
This was a narrowly targeted category for senior managers with qualifying work experience gained in Canada.
To qualify for this category, candidates must have accumulated at least 12 months of full-time work experience, or an equivalent amount of part-time experience, within the previous 3 years in Canada, in one of the following occupational groups:
• NOC 00012 — Senior managers in financial, communications and other business services
• NOC 00013 — Senior managers in health, education, social/community services and membership organizations
• NOC 00014 — Senior managers in trade, broadcasting and other services
• NOC 00015 — Senior managers in construction, transportation, production and utilities
The 12 months do not need to be continuous, but the qualifying experience must be in one eligible occupation. Candidates must also independently qualify for one of the immigration programs managed through Express Entry.
This draw is another example of how occupation, Canadian work experience and category eligibility can significantly affect Express Entry opportunities—not just the CRS score itself.
If you have senior management experience in Canada, it is important to review your actual duties, not only your job title, to determine whether your experience falls within one of the eligible NOC groups.
