In July, the Mud Girl Run came to Ottawa and our Client Services Manager, Pam, took the challenge on with some of her family.

The Mud Girl run is a 5km race with many muddy stops and obstacles along the way. The race is meant to be a fun experience and helps empower women. Funds collected also help to support different breast cancer causes.

🏗️ And that’s a wrap on the Barrhaven clinic renovation series!

Over the past few weeks, our team has poured countless hours into transforming this space from an empty shell into a place where our community can move better, feel better, and recover with confidence. A huge congratulations and thank you to everyone who helped bring this clinic to life.

While we’re officially open and welcoming clients, the clinic is still a work in progress. There are more improvements, more finishing touches, and more exciting additions to come—and we think it’s only going to get better from here.

Stay tuned as we continue to develop the space and share the journey along the way. And don’t forget: our Grand Opening Party is coming this October! 🎉 We can’t wait to celebrate with all of you and show off just how far this space has come.

Weekend well spent. 👏

Behind every clinic opening is a team of people putting in the extra hours to make it happen. Over the long weekend, our therapists and clinic owners were hard at work getting the new Anatomy Physiotherapy Clinic Barrhaven location ready to welcome its first clients.

From assembling furniture and setting up treatment rooms to tackling the countless details that go into opening a new space, their dedication, teamwork, and positive attitude made all the difference. Even after a full work week, they showed up with energy, commitment, and plenty of smiles.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped bring this clinic to life. We couldn't be more excited to open our doors to the Barrhaven community and begin this next chapter.

Welcome, Stephanie Gorsky! 🎉

We’re excited to welcome Stephanie Gorsky, RMT, to our Barrhaven clinic!

Stephanie graduated with honours from the Massage Therapy program at Algonquin College and received the School of Wellness, Public Safety and Community Studies Award, recognizing her academic excellence, leadership, and commitment to helping others.

With a background in personal training, Stephanie is passionate about helping people move, feel, and function better. She has a special interest in therapeutic massage, TMJ-related pain and tension, lymphatic massage, scar mobilization, and sports massage.

Steph is also currently completing advanced training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage through the internationally recognized Dr. Vodder Academy. This training will further support her work with clients experiencing swelling, post-surgical recovery needs, scar tissue restrictions, lymphedema, and oncology-related concerns.

Outside the clinic, you’ll find her strength training, practicing yoga, spending time on the water, walking her husky Remy, or cheering on her three kids.

Stephanie is available Tuesday through Friday and is now accepting clients in Barrhaven. Join us in giving her a warm welcome! 👋

There are still a few finishing touches to complete, but we're excited to officially open our doors and start welcoming patients. For now, we're offering Physiotherapy and Massage Therapy services, with even more to come as we continue to grow into the space.

A quick pause from the Barrhaven renovation updates to celebrate a milestone at another one of our clinics... Happy 4th Birthday to Westboro! 🎉

Over the last four years, the Westboro team has built something we're incredibly proud of—a welcoming space, a fantastic team, and a clinic that has helped so many people get back to the activities that matter most to them.

With Barrhaven opening on August 17th, its anniversary will always fall right around Westboro's birthday. We couldn't think of a better clinic to share a birthday week with!

Happy Birthday, Westboro! Thank you to everyone who has been part of the journey so far. 🎂💙
