Today is National Child & Youth Mental Health Day 💚

Every child deserves to feel safe, supported, heard, and valued.

Mental health challenges can affect children and youth in many different ways, but compassion, connection, and community can make a meaningful difference. As parents, caregivers, educators, churches, and professionals, we all play a role in helping young people know they are not alone.

“I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” Psalm 139:14
