We’re so excited to share that Shannon is continuing her education with NEU Pilates — a Canadian, physiotherapist-led Pilates education program designed to bridge the gap between movement, rehabilitation, anatomy, fascia, and mindful movement. 🇨🇦✨

What we love most about NEU is their focus on teaching Pilates through a clinical, nervous-system-informed lens — helping instructors better understand the body, support injuries safely, and create movement experiences that feel both strengthening and healing.

And even better… Kim is already certified through NEU as well! 💫

With both Shannon and Kim training through this physio-integrated approach, we’re committed to offering Pilates and strength training classes that are not only effective, but also supportive, safe, and deeply connected to the mind-body experience. Whether you’re recovering from injury, managing stress, building strength, or simply wanting to move well, our goal is to create a space where every body feels supported. 🤍

We’re so happy to introduce Annie Phaneuf to the Align Holistic Studio community 🤍

With over 20 years in nursing—spanning urgent care to palliative settings—Annie’s journey has always been rooted in compassionate care. Her experiences led her to explore a more holistic path… and ultimately to yoga.

After deepening her practice through immersive training at Triguna Yoga Ashram in Rishikesh, India, and continued study in Thailand, Annie now blends movement, breath, and meditation to create a truly grounding experience. Her approach is gentle, intuitive, and empowering—inviting you to reconnect with your own inner calm and strength.

🧘‍♀️ Annie will be guiding our Restorative Sunday evening classes starting May 17th—the perfect way to unwind and reset for the week ahead.
