Guess who's back? Back again? Megan's back! Tell a friend!!🤣
It's been a while friends but here I am to tell y'all about some new stuff I'm up to!!!

So, I've got the usual massage therapist extraordinaire thing going on 5 days a week...and on TOP of that.... I have FINALLY embarked on my yoga teaching journey!!! Here's where I'll be and would LOOOOVE to see ya out there!!!

SUP YOGA
Thursday evenings at 7:30 and Friday mornings at 6am at Shirley's Bay with Urban Ocean.

Thursday mornings join me for a feel good flow at 10:30....then again at 12pm NOON for a massage YOgaSELF flow where I will be incorporating some self massage techniques with the postures in a lovely indoor space at Willow Wellness in Richmond. www.willowwellness.ca

Friday mornings at 9am join me for a gentle flow on a warm sandy beach in the heart of Carp. A beautiful outdoor space overlooking the vineyard at The Village Sanctuary.

Friends, Family and Countrymen... Lend me your ears👂👂!!!!
Some of you may be feeling ... well... uneasy to say the least with all of this COVID-19 stuff going on. I don't blame ya!
You may be feeling like this🤦‍♀️.... when really I want you to feel like this💆‍♀️🧘‍♀️.
The good news is, I can still help you feel like this💆‍♀️ while you're feeling like this🤦‍♀️. HOW? you ask????
Well, because friends, as a Regulated Health professional, I, and ALL RMTs are bound by Standards of Practice that have taught us how to prevent the spread of ANY infection.
We wash our hands folks👐🤲... ALL the way up to our ELBOWS💪 before AND after EVERY client. We also use a TON of moisturizer because of this!
We disinfect our tables, face rests, door handles etc. after EVERY client. Disinfectant is used in ALL loads of laundry.

So you see friends, it is OK for you to COME ON IN for your scheduled massage💆‍♀️💆‍♂️ and even schedule a follow up. However, if you are feeling under the weather🤧, have come in contact with anyone who does😷, travelled or have been in an airport🛬 in the past 14 days please let me know and we can postpone your treatment.

Hey y'all! So, sometimes in my spare time I like to do fun stuff! Sometimes that fun stuff consists of teaching awesome people some SUUUUPER fun workouts ON paddle boards IN the warmest pool in the city!

Today I am grateful for these chapped hands, and the tired body they're attached to. These hands touched thirty six bodies this week. That's thirty six people who's days hopefully got better, who hopefully left feeling better than when they came in, and who helped me keep a warm roof over mine and Addy's head this month. That's seventy two hand washings...minimum this week. I am thankful for each one who took time out of their day to come for a visit and some "them" time, for each one touched my day also.
I am blessed to work among some AMAZING women who inspire me to be better tomorrow than I was today.
So friends, family, clients, y'all.... I am grateful for my chapped hands, cause without them, I wouldn't be reminded of grateful I am that all of you are in my life and helped me get here!

Since I'm feeling all mushy gushy lovey barfy gross... I am also sending nothing but love to all of you and yours this Christmas! ❤🎄🙌😘😊
