Welcome to the Ottawa Birth and Wellness Centre! As a midwife-led, not-for-profit community healthcare facility, we specialize in natural childbirth and the care of pregnant women, new parents and young babies. Our birth suites give women the option of an informal, family-centered place to deliver their children, while our community area is home to a host of pre- and post-natal professionals who provide information, encouragement and a range of wellness services to parents and parents-to-be.

We are excited to be partnering with Whitney Tushingham from Matched Latch , a board-certified lactation consultant, this fall to offer pay what you can drop-in infant feeding support on Thursdays starting September 24th from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Drop by for advice and answers to your questions on chest/breastfeeding, bottle feeding, weaning and more!

Donations can be dropped off at the Wellness Centre during business hours. Thank you!

We're excited to partner with the Champlain Maternal Newborn Regional Program - CMNRP to host Lisa Cryderman for two Spinning Babies Workshops this fall!

This hands-on workshop offers real-time learning, personalized guidance, and confident skill-building in a supportive environment. You're not just observing— you're practicing, asking questions, and receiving immediate feedback. You'll learn physiological techniques that offer a complete system of birth preparation and labor ease concepts to improve labor with the baby's position.
