Welcome to February ✨️

In 2025 it became apparent that the need for Spiritual Guidance was very present in all the sessions I had the privilege of being a part of.

I decided for 2026 I'd give the option for just that, Spiritual Guidance, very different from other sessions. I put them into a package of 3 to allow for a few sessions to help you on your journey. That being said, I will allow my intuition and Mediumship abilities help us, but the focus is on problem solving, validation, and enlightenment, to life's challenges.

This type of session helps where other mainstream councilling has not been able to understand or able to acknowledge, sadly...dont misunderstand seeking help is paramount and an important introduction to humanistic experiences, but wheres the Soul in all of it?

These sessions will bring your Soul's needs to the forefront 🙏 guiding you out of the humanistic existence, to a more enlightened perspective.

2025 as you've heard, is the year of the snake. I was never one for the physical aspects of snakes, but when you look at them energetically, they are one of the strongest, slyest, most unpredictable, and sometimes poisonous critters to walk (or slither) on this planet.

2025 was a challenge for most filled with uncertainty, strong feelings, and sometimes the feeling of fear of what to do, that is so overwhelming that it created an imbalance in our entire lives.

What we may not have noticed is that we 'shed' a lot of things that didn't work for us, or cleared our thoughts, or even better letting go of the negative talk, and feelings that kept us back from following our hearts and souls.

2026! Now here's a year I can sink into! The year of the horse 🐎
Power up and get ready to walk, trot or GALLOP into the life you worked hard to create in 2025.

My wish for all of you, is to feel the power starting at your feet, let it rise into your being and feel the excitement of all the investment you put into yourself. May you feel powerful, certain, and Spiritual connected to all that life has to offer 🐎🫂

It's not easy to stay the course of good intention, and not feel taken advantage of. What do we do when that happens?

We end up feeling as though we've been taken advantage of, or not being appreciated.

That's when we need to see clearly that it's about us, not them. It's our inability to take a moment and a birds-eye view to witness what's happening with that relationship, and go from a participant to spectator. Looking for the lesson, to get a solution.

Having clarity can ease the discord in our hearts, and give us back our power to choose to proceed in the relationship, to step back a little, a lot or completely. We get to choose, and that gives us a sense of freedom.

May this holiday be filled with peace, clarity, boundaries of love, and joy 🎄🎅❄️

From my heart to yours,

It's time. I have fully, lovingly, and been blessed to have had the absolute privilege of having you come to see me in Kingston. For the last 10 almost 11 years I have traveled the 401 (🥴) biweekly then monthly, and feel it's time to release my beautiful space to stay home in Ottawa, seeing clients in person, and virtually from my Ottawa Studio.

As 2026 comes rolling in, moving forward I am very excited to dive into all the projects I have been putting aside, and continue my Mediumship Practice with some new options that I am going to launch very shortly.

Kingston and the 1000 Islands, you have been my home for close to 30 years, and i will miss being here. Please know I will be back for Pop-ups and special events. Don't forget seeing me virtually can be just as healing, or make a day for yourself in Ottawa 😉.

I hope that whatever change happens in 2026, it's as seamless and positive.
