Hi, it’s Ginny!

I wanted to take a moment to welcome anyone new to Cup of Intention and thank you all for being part of this growing community.

Fall is off to an amazing start. It’s such a special time of year to slow down, reflect and make time for ourselves as we enter the last few months of the year.

Our studio gives you space to explore scents, try something creative and enjoy the process. If you’re new here, expect a relaxed atmosphere, all your materials ready and guidance along the way.
No artistic experience needed.

Whether you’re returning or joining us for the first time, we can’t wait to welcome you in!

Hello, October 🍂 Such a magical time of year.

Autumn comes and goes so quickly here in Ontario, and its beauty and abundant colour remind us to slow down and take it all in as we enter the last three months of the year.

This is a sacred time at Cup of Intention.
A time to gather, create with our hands, and make a little room for ourselves.

Each Wednesday, we gather in a relaxed, inspiring space for creativity, conversation, and reflection. Drinks and light bites included.
