Not because we couldn’t add over 1 mL in a single session—but because sometimes the best lip filler results come from taking a more strategic approach.

This transformation was built gradually, starting with 0.5 mL to enhance hydration, shape, and balance while respecting the natural anatomy of the lips. Once healed, we reassessed and added an additional 1 mL to further refine the result and create the soft fullness my patient was looking for.

One of the biggest misconceptions about lip filler is that more product equals a better result. In reality, some of the most beautiful outcomes come from allowing the lips to heal, settle, and guide the treatment plan.

The result? Soft definition, improved symmetry, natural volume, and lips that still look like they belong to your face.
