Where women to come together to socialize and rejuvenate after a long winter and to celebrate spring renewal

Last year my world turned upside down, and I’m finally getting my feet back under me. The silver lining of difficult times is the clarity that emerges afterwards—what’s important, what needs rebalancing, what to let go of, what to invite more of, and above all, what to be grateful for.

Through it all, I’ve never wavered in my love of one-on-one menopause care—connecting with wonderful women, hearing your stories, and supporting you on your journey. It’s my purpose and superpower, because you’re my journey too. ❤️

My practice is currently on a waitlist for new patients, as the rest of my year has been fully booked for a while (especially while .bronwynhill is on maternity leave). Women are seeking the comprehensive menopause and midlife care they have long been denied.

With my feet back on the ground, I’m back on a mission to expand my capacity to help even more women—cool things are coming in clinic (😉) and partnering with to innovate new ways to deliver care.

I’m also in my second year of leading the Menopause Fellowship, and I’m incredibly thankful to spend another year surrounded by brilliant, curious, and caring menopause clinicians.

Never underestimate the power of informed and empowered women and clinicians! Together, we’ve made a difference in menopause care—for me, for you, and for generations to come.

There is so much more work to do, but for now, I have so much gratitude to do this work with you, whether you’re a patient, a clinician, or part of the wider Menoposse.
