Yoga with Alexa is back! We have 5 sessions currently scheduled for the following dates: May 17th, June 14th, June 28th, July 19th, and July 26th. Instead of being held at the Band Hall, they will now be at the Pure Balance Yoga Studio, located at 339 St. Patrick Street in Bathurst. Due to unforeseen circumstances, exercise classes will no longer be held at the Band Hall.

Instead, Pabineau community members are invited to attend 6 free Pilates classes at the K-Fit Studio!

Please show up to your first class 10-15 minutes early!

Location: 390 Main St, Bathurst

Time: Sundays at 6:00 PM

• June 21

• July 12

Please note: These are not exclusive classes, but spots are free for Pabineau community members on these dates.

If you don't have a mat please drop in at the health center starting Friday to pick one up!

We’re excited to share that the rollout of Buddy’s Quest has officially begun! 🎉

Our team is now working closely with staff across our affiliated communities to get everything set up, provide training, and make sure everyone feels comfortable using the platform. This first phase is all about supporting staff so they can confidently guide and support youth as the program launches.

Starting April 30th, children will begin to receive access and can start exploring Buddy’s Quest in their communities. We’re really looking forward to seeing youth engage with the program, build skills, and take part in a fun and meaningful mental wellness journey.

More information, including access details and resources, will be shared soon. Stay tuned — we’re excited to bring Buddy’s Quest to our communities 💫
