THE TRUTH?
After I left the fitness industry,
I left an identity I had built my entire life around.
Then I jumped into the spiritual world.
And somehow…
I have never felt more confused.
More lost.
More disconnected from myself.
I was searching for answers everywhere.
Signs.
Messages.
Guidance.
The next healing.
The next level.
The next version of me.
Until I realized…
Nature was never asking me to become someone else.
Nature never asked me to push.
To force.
To rush.
To second-guess myself.
To constantly heal what was supposedly broken.
To chase a higher vibration.
To figure out what the universe was trying to tell me.
Nature simply said:
BE HERE.
Feel your feet.
Breathe the air.
Let the sun touch your skin.
Listen.
Slow down.
Remember.
And somewhere between the trees, the dirt, the water and the silence…
My true self was lit 🔥
She wasn't waiting in another identity.
She wasn't hidden behind another spiritual practice.
She wasn't at the end of another healing journey.
She was underneath all of it.
Nature didn't give me another path to follow.
It gave me permission to stop following everyone else's.
And that changed everything.
