Starting Wednesday February 4th I will be facilitating an online personal development program that stems from a Master Degree program originated at Stanford University! Classes will start at 7:00pm for 90 mins - and will be recorded if you happen to miss one week😊
It's 8 weeks in length and every thing you need for the program will be sent to you prior to the start date!!

This program has a way to bring you back to your true authentic self in the most graceful way. It pairs emotional intelligence and mindfulness and is incredibly transformational! The tools are easily implemented into your every day life ❤️

Each week layers upon the next. The first four weeks we learn the tools followed by the next four weeks applying those tools into everyday challenges we face as adults.

From understanding our own inner critic, how to lead and follow with our voice of wisdom. To emotional well being tools, understanding and cultivating our intuition and more. The challenges are the ones we all face. From discovering our purpose, time stress and procrastination to deepening the relationships we have with ourselves and others. And this is just part of it.
