The last two weeks here at Kingsway Living have been absolutely jam-packed with fun, laughter, and wonderful memories! 🎉

Our residents have been keeping busy with a variety of activities including shuffleboard, shufflebowling, ring toss, axe throwing, and our popular Mind & Mug program. We were delighted to welcome some adorable babies for a visit, which brought plenty of smiles to everyone's faces! 👶💕

We also enjoyed a delicious Ice Cream Social 🍦, spent time together sharing stories and laughs, and were treated to fantastic music from the Bill Hynes Band. 🎶 Our talented chef also spoiled us with some wonderful homemade blueberry scones, which were enjoyed by residents and staff alike! 🫐🧁

To top it all off, we celebrated our residents' birthdays with a wonderful birthday party surrounded by friends, family, music, cake, and plenty of smiles! 🎂🎈

A big thank you to everyone who helps make these special moments possible. Your kindness, dedication, and support help create such a vibrant and welcoming community for our residents.

We can't wait to see what the next few weeks have in store! ❤️

What a wonderful afternoon we had celebrating our June birthdays! 🎂🎉
Our Resident Birthday Party was filled with laughter, singing, dancing, and great company. A special thank you to Music w/Friends for providing the fantastic entertainment and helping make the celebration so memorable. The residents had an absolutely wonderful time!
We even had one of our very own residents take the microphone and sing a song for everyone, which was a special highlight of the afternoon and enjoyed by all. 🎶❤️
We would also like to thank our amazing staff who helped decorate, serve treats, and ensure everything ran smoothly. Your hard work and dedication help make these special moments possible.
And of course, a very Happy Birthday to all of our June babies! 🥳 We hope your birthday month is filled with joy, happiness, and lots of special memories.

Calling All Classic Car Owners!

Help us make Father's Day extra special for the residents of Kingsway Living!

We are inviting owners of classic, vintage, antique, and specialty vehicles to stop by and share their vehicles with our residents. Many of our residents have fond memories of classic cars and would love the opportunity to admire them, reminisce, and enjoy a chat with fellow car enthusiasts.

🕑 2:00 PM – 3:30 PM
📍 Kingsway Living, Paradise

☕ Tea, coffee, and treats will be provided!

Whether you can stay for a few minutes or the entire time, your visit will help create wonderful Father's Day memories for our residents.

📅🎉 Our June Activity Calendar is Here! 🎉📅

We have another exciting month planned at Kingsway Living!

Residents can look forward to a variety of activities including church services, live music, movie nights, and our always-popular baby visits. ❤️👶🎶

This month, we will also be celebrating Father's Day with a special afternoon event. We are hoping to have some classic cars on display, along with tea, coffee, and the opportunity for residents to chat with the car owners and reminisce about days gone by. 🚗☕💙

And don't forget—our Kingsway Pet Show is coming up later this month! 🐾 More information will be shared soon, so stay tuned.

We can't wait to make more wonderful memories together and enjoy everything June has to offer! ☀️🌼

What a wonderful month of May we have had here at Kingsway Living! 🌸💛
This month was filled with so many special moments — from adorable baby visits, fun games, church services, movies, and lots of music and laughter shared together.

✨ What a wonderful evening we had at our Spring Ball last night! ✨

A huge thank you to The Overpass for providing the amazing music for our dance! They did an excellent job and had everyone up dancing, singing along, and enjoying the evening together. 💃🕺

Our residents are still raving about the music and how much fun they had at the ball! It was truly a night filled with laughter, dancing, and wonderful memories. ❤️

We would like to extend a Happy Nurses Week to all of our community partners. In each of our homes we are pleased to work alongside nursing teams from NL Health Services as well as nurses in private practice, all of whom are dedicated to each of our residents.

🌸 What an eventful week here at Kingsway Living! 🌸

We started the week off with Baby joining us for Mind and Mug, bringing lots of smiles and great conversation to our residents. ☕❤️

With the beautiful weather finally here, we were also excited to start up our walking club this week! 🚶‍♀️☀️ Residents enjoyed getting outside, stretching their legs, and chatting along the way.

We were also treated to a wonderful visit from the lovely Sweet Forget-Me-Nots! 🎶 Our talented cook prepared some delicious treats for everyone to enjoy along with the music, making for a truly special afternoon. 🍪✨

The fun kept going with some exciting axe throwing activities, full of laughs, friendly competition, and cheering each other on! 🪓😊

To wrap up the week, we celebrated Mother’s Day with love, laughter, and special moments shared together. 💖🌸

Thank you to everyone who helped make this week so memorable for our residents!
