We specialize in the sports population, motor vehicle accidents and workers injury. We provide DIRECT BILLING for most insurances including private/extended health care benefits, motor vehicle accidents and workers compensation injury. Autumn walks, busy workdays and time at the gym all put demands on your feet. If heel pain, arch discomfort or pressure under the ball of your foot is affecting your day, it may be time for an assessment.

👣 WHAT ARE CUSTOM ORTHOTICS?
Custom orthotics are prescription inserts made to fit your feet and worn inside your shoes. Their shape, materials and support features are selected to address your individual needs.

👟 HOW CAN THEY HELP?
When appropriately prescribed, orthotics can help:

• Redistribute pressure away from uncomfortable areas.
• Support your foot’s arches and accommodate its shape.
• Modify how forces are applied to your feet during standing and walking.
• Manage symptoms associated with certain foot conditions, including plantar heel pain.

The goal is to make everyday movement more comfortable—not simply add extra cushioning.

📋 WHEN IS CUSTOM SUPPORT WORTH CONSIDERING?
An assessment may be helpful if you have recurring foot pain, specific pressure points, or discomfort that continues despite well-fitting shoes. Custom orthotics may be recommended when your needs require a more individualized fit or targeted support.

Having flat feet or high arches alone does not mean you need orthotics. Your symptoms, activities and assessment findings guide the recommendation.

Appropriate footwear, exercises and changes to activity may also be important. Some patients do well with a prefabricated insert; others benefit from a custom device. We help you understand which option suits your needs.
