FREE sound bath for seniors (55+) at Errington Hall - Sunday August 2nd, 4-5pm.

A Sound Bath (also known as Sound Healing) is a meditative and relaxing journey within, using the power of frequency and vibration from sacred instruments such as crystal bowls, drums and singing, to induce deep healing for the body, mind and soul. Sound Healing assists in reducing stress and boosting creativity.

Thank you to everyone who joined Yoga With Melanie and myself at The Bradley Centre yesterday evening for our first in a series of joint workshops focused on the energy centres, or Chakras, of the body. Our first was centred around grounding and balancing the Root Chakra. Watch for our next workshop in this powerful series, which will be focused around the Sacral Chakra.
