Being at peace with saying "goodbye" 🫧
The afterlife, where are we going, what's after we leave this plane, who is going to be there?
For a lot of us we find peace in faith. There are so many answers to these questions and even more questions to those answers!
We are in a plane of existence that has so many beautiful mysteries.
But one of the number one universal langauges is love and kindness.
Goodbyes can be so hard, but the love we have for others keeps their spirit and memory alive.
Tell your friends and family you love them, a lot. Even jf its awkward, awkward makes the memories that much more memorable. 😆

Sharing memories and stories honor the ones that have passed on 🫧
Having someone suddenly pass is a jarring and traumatic experience.
There is a vast difference in the sorrow we feel when someone is taken from us opposed to a natural death. The pain of loss is still there and yet the shadow of the tragedy casts heavy, this is where we learn to look for the light.
In the wake of tragedy we can advocate to prevent future harm or premature deaths. Volunteering can help to give purpose to the grief and help us navigate our process of mourning. Sharing the story of our loved ones can bring awareness and warning to those that are detached.
In a world where mental health has an expensive price tag the best we can do is be a safe place for each other, show up and listen ❤️
