1. I would stop trying to change everything at once and focus on one simple habit at a time.
2. I would start moving my body for 15 minutes a day instead of waiting for an hour I never have.
3. I would learn the difference between being hungry and simply being stressed, bored, or overwhelmed.
4. I would eat more protein and fibre before worrying about cutting things out.
5. I would learn how to keep going after an off day or week.
6. I would build a routine that works during busy seasons, not just perfect ones.
7. I would stop waiting for motivation and start creating systems that make healthy choices easier.
8. I would focus on getting stronger instead of smaller.
9. I would practice listening to my body instead of fighting it and trying to change it.
10. I would learn how to enjoy vacations, wine nights, birthdays, and weekends without feeling guilty.
11. I would stop treating consistency like perfection and start treating it like returning to myself over and over again.
And most importantly...
I would stop believing that transformation is supposed to happen overnight and develop the mindset that I’ll never give up on myself.
I’d focus on becoming the kind of woman who follows through for herself.
Because the women who create lasting change aren’t the most motivated.
They’re the ones who keep showing up when life gets messy.
