ONE Nutrition and Health is Peace River Alberta's own holistic nutrition practice. Using our education in Applied Nutrition and individualized physiological screening and assessments as our foundation, we focus on the fact that you are a unique individual with specific needs when creating a program for optimal living. We focus on self care, not self punishment, inspiration instead of challenge and

nutrition before calories. We offer an array of services to our community that reach the root of who you are and where balance is needed most. From disease to allergies, food education to recipe inspiration, we have you covered.

I know it seems far away, maybe because it is, but we all know how fast 1 year can go and we are not wasting any time in bringing you something special.

Last year Amy with MORE visited the clinic and held in person consulting connections. She also offered an engaging workshop called Redefine your Wild Appetite at in downtown Kamloops.

This time around, we are bringing you a small series of workshops based on what your needs are. Send [email protected] an email or PM her on any social media page simply detailing topics you would love the workshops to cover.

The winner of the 1st ever Snack League Challenge Peace Country is...drum roll please!!

! Congratulations! These athletes intentionally snacked healthy through the month of November and together ate 174 healthy snacks that were tracked on their very own wall tracker. Great job NPGC!
grimshaw was our incredibly generous sponsor for the grand prize which is a curated healthy snack gift basket by your very own Holistic Nutrition Consultant, Amy thank you Pure Life Wellness for so quickly and enthusiastically getting on board with this!! You are a true ambassador of life wellness.

The basket will be dropped off later this week for the club to enjoy collectively and continue their healthy snacking enthusiasm.

However, we cannot forget our close runner up and dedicated and hard working team! This mighty group of athletes snacked away and accomplished 99 healthy recorded snacks. Great job Alley Catz!!

The challenge's intention was to bring the athletes and families into a fun and engaging way of promoting purposeful fueling for sport and life activities. The goal was definitely accomplished and it sounds like the fun factor was too.
