Most back pain doesn’t come from one big injury.

It often comes from the little things we do every day:
✔ Sitting for hours
✔ Looking down at a phone
✔ Long drives
✔ Poor workstation setup
✔ Repetitive bending and lifting

Your body adapts to whatever position you spend the most time in.

If your back is feeling stiff, sore, or tired by the end of the day, it may not be because you “did too much.”

Sometimes it’s because you didn’t move enough.
