Here’s the truth: you don’t have to be broken to need Reiki.

Look at how we’re living right now. We are stressed, overstimulated, emotionally exhausted and carrying far more than we were ever meant to carry without a way to put it down.

WHAT?! I HAVE A WEBSITE! 🎉✨

Today, I attended a Canva co working session with Stephanie and Brittny from YSpace here at the East Gwillimbury Public Library —and guess what I accomplished?

Actually, no… guess what WE accomplished?

The Mending Goddess now has its very own one-page website, and it is officially LIVE! 💜

I am so incredibly grateful for Stephanie, Brittny. The support, encouragement, knowledge, and genuine investment they offer local entrepreneurs is absolutely incredible. They don’t just tell you what’s possible—they sit beside you and help you make it happen.

A huge thank-you to YSpace, Town of Georgina, and Town of East Gwillimbury for continuing to support small businesses and people like me who are turning big ideas into something real.

A huge, heart felt thanks to the Explore Georgina Georgina Chamber of Commerce and all the folks who participated.

Tuesday's Lunch and Restore was SOLD OUT—and honestly, there was a little bit of magic in that room. ✨

We slowed down. We breathed. We connected. We laughed. And for a little while, we stepped away from the noise and gave ourselves permission to simply be.

The conversations were real, too. We all agreed that, in some areas of our lives, we’ve been functioning and existing—and we are ready to get back to ourselves.

Because we are not here to spend our lives just getting through the day.

We are meant to feel connected.
We are meant to feel alive.
We are meant to thrive—not merely exist and function.

My heart is so full, and I cannot wait to create more spaces like this.

My heart is so full.

The messages were all about receiving. We give and we give, but, do we receive freely?

We sure did tonight.

So blessed 🙌 to have perfectly aligned women ❤️ who gifted themselves time. Time to invest in themselves.

Thank you to Shilpi from MoreU for leading us through a beautiful yoga session the water.

We followed that up with a guided empowered meditation 🧘‍♀️, Journaling, some cards and of course crystals.

We burned 🔥 a list of what we were ready to release and said F it and let all those limiting beliefs go along with all the outdated stories.

This was a sold out event and I already can't wait for the next one.
