Farm Yoga is one of our favourite ways to gather summer.

There’s something special about practicing outdoors - fresh air, open sky, mountain views, and the simple feeling of being connected to the land beneath us.

Join us Saturdays from 10–11AM at North Arm Farm with Rebekka Walker for a grounding and energizing practice to begin the weekend.

A few things to know:
• Please bring your own mat
• Regular class passes apply
• We recommend signing up in advance
• If you’re dropping in, arrive a little early

Special Sunday Class 🤍
Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra

Join visiting teacher Sarah Harvie for a special Sunday evening practice in place of our regular class.

We’ll begin with gentle Restorative Yoga to unwind the body, followed by Yoga Nidra, a guided deep rest practice designed to reset the nervous system and support full-body relaxation.

Sarah is a Canmore-based teacher with 20+ years in yoga, meditation, breathwork, and bodywork.

We’re so happy to have her with us.

Yin Yoga is an invitation to slow down.

In this practice, we hold postures for 2–5 minutes, giving the body time to soften and release through the joints, ligaments, tendons, and fascia. It’s a quiet, steady practice that supports flexibility, nourishes the deeper tissues, and creates space for stillness.

Beyond the physical benefits, Yin offers us a chance to pause long enough to listen inward. It can feel grounding, meditative, and deeply balancing, especially when life is moving fast.

If you’ve been craving a little more space in your week, this might be the class for you.

Meet Rebekka Walker ✨

Rebekka is a Yoga Alliance Certified E-RYT 500 with over 2000 hours of teacher training across Iyengar, Vinyasa, Restorative, and Anusara Yoga. Her teaching is shaped by nearly two decades of study, practice, and sharing yoga with students around the world.

With a background that also includes yoga therapy, ta***ic and Buddhist philosophy, Ayurveda, holistic healing, and therapeutic biomechanics, Rebekka brings a rare depth to her classes, along with clarity, joy, and exquisite precision.

You’ll find Rebekka leading our outdoor Farm Yoga at North Arm Farm on Saturdays from 10–11AM, as well as regular classes in our studio.

Her classes are thoughtful, grounded, and deeply supportive, a beautiful invitation to connect more fully to your body, breath, and practice.

We’re so excited to welcome Sarah Harvie to Village Yoga on June 6 for a Conscious Connected Breathwork practice.

This is an active breathwork experience designed to create space in the body, heart, and mind. Set to music and held in community, the practice can help move emotions through the body and open the door to insight, healing, and connection with your inner wisdom.

Sarah is visiting from Canmore, BC and brings over 20 years of experience teaching meditation, breathwork, and yoga. She’s also a seasoned mountain guide, RMT, and a deeply experienced teacher of yoga nidra and breathwork around the world.

We’re thrilled to have her in the studio and to share this experience together.

One of the best parts of a small town studio is the feeling of practicing alongside people you know and people you’re just getting to know.

We all walk in carrying different things. Work stress, sore legs, full hearts, busy minds, new beginnings, hard weeks, good days. And then for an hour, we share the room.

That matters to us.

Village Yoga Pemberton is more than a class on the schedule. It’s a place to gather, reconnect, and feel a little more grounded in ourselves and in our community.

- Flow: for when you want to move, build a little heat, and feel energized
- Yin: for when your body is asking for space, stillness, and deeper release
- Restorative / Nidra: for when rest itself is the practice

There’s no perfect choice, just a class that matches what you need today.

Pemberton spring asks a lot of our bodies.

Between biking, hiking, running, long work days, and getting back outside more, it’s easy to end up carrying a lot of tension without even noticing.

Yoga can be the reset that helps everything else feel better.

A little mobility for tight hips and hamstrings. A little breath for a busy mind. A little time on the mat to come down from the pace of the day.
