GlassHouse is proud to present our latest employee of the month… Marco!

Marco leads our Flower Team – as one of our largest teams, it is certainly no easy feat, but with such a cheerful demeanor, he sure makes it look that way! As seen in this photo, Marco successfully led his team in harvesting almost 1,300 plants in only one day. Marco always leads by example, and is eager to lend a helping hand whenever needed. It is rare to meet someone so passionate about their work, as demonstrated through his reliably hardworking nature, while still being a kind, compassionate figure to his team.
