I want to sincerely thank everyone who voted for me in Best of Penticton. 🥹

Lately, life has felt especially full and, at times, a little overwhelming. Like many of us, I've been trying to balance the needs of family, work, and the many people I care about. In the midst of that, your support has touched me more deeply than I can adequately express.

Reflexology is not just what I do—it is something I truly believe in. Every day, I have the privilege of connecting with incredible people, hearing your stories, supporting your wellness, and witnessing the resilience and strength that each of you carries. It is work that continually humbles me.

To be recognized for something that means so much to me is an honour, but what I am most grateful for is your trust. Thank you for allowing me to be part of your wellness journey and for supporting a small business built on connection, care, community, just a small dream of mine.

Your kindness and encouragement mean more than you know. Thank you. 💜

One more quick little update from me. I have made the decision to pause on taking new clients for the moment. I am hopeful to have availability for new clients in the fall. 🤞

Hey friends!

Just a friendly reminder that ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule appointments, or the full treatment fee is due. I've had 4 short notice cancelations (not due to illness) within the last week. I get it. Life happens. I do not charge for illness. That's unexpected and understandable. But I do have a decent waitlist that I cannot use without a little bit of notice. It usually means I loose the income aswell.
