Common Questions and Answers
1. What kind of services do you offer? We offer any and everything related to your health care needs. We can assist with medications, end of life palliative care, showering and dressing, wound care and dressing changes, dementia care, respite care, outings and socialization, and light housekeeping/meal prep.
2. Who provides these services? Currently just myself, Jenn. I am a Licensed Practical Nurse with 14 plus years of education and experience with seniors, palliative care, dementia care, wound care, and end of life care.
3. Are you insured? Yes! We carry Individual Professional Liability, Business Professional Liability, and Commercial General Liability.
4. Where do you offer your services? We come to you, wherever you call home! This can include in your house, independent or assisted living facilities, long term care facilities, or we can even visit you while in the hospital. We service Penticton, Summerland, Naramata, Peachland, OK Falls. We may service outside of these areas, please reach out to discuss further.
5. Do we need to sign a long-term contract? No. We can do service packages for short-term or long-term needs. We can also make changes last minute, as your care needs may change!
6. What days and times can I be scheduled for? We are currently offering a minimum of 1 hour time slots and can accommodate up to 8- or 12-hour visits, or overnights.
